- I think the only person in this story who should be feel embarrassed
- is the *Grouch* who couldn't even spare a smile and a hello for your
- daughter. Perhaps he had enough of being called "Santa" by hordes
- of children, but really....what does a smile cost??? For that matter
- forget the "Claus" part, it was VERY rude of him not to respond when
- your child said "Hi". So what if she got his name wrong.
