  22. We pay our "provider" a salary, independant of holidays and sick days.
  23. She gets a check once a month.....50 weeks of pay. She typically takes
  24. the regular holidays off, we take at least 10 other days off, usually
  25. more. I think that daycare workers deserve the same kind of schedules that  
  26. regular employers provide.
