- I don't know what the laws in your state are, but here in Kentucky,
- the legal age is 12 (!!!!) years of age. This caused me quite a
- few problems last year when my stepdaughter (10 at the time) was
- not allowed to leave daycare by herself to walk home (2 blocks
- away). Since she was not 12 years old, we *had* to pick her up.
