- My son Zachary (19 months) is now attending a Daycare Center. He loves
- it! Hes learned so much in the 2 months that he has been there. He
- was in an in home daycare before with only one other toddler.
-
- The problem Im having is that Zachary has been sick alot since he has
- started at this daycare. It started with a cold and then a cough and
- then just a runny nose, then a cough and a runny nose (you get the picture).
- Hes been to the doctor several times in the last month, diagnosis: A
- Cold. Hes been on amoxicilian (sp?) twice in the last 2 months. It
- seems whenever the medicine runs out he gets sick again.
-
- The Daycare wont take him if he has a temp. Last week they called me
- and said he had a temp. of 101. I picked him up and took him home,
- he was fine. No temp. and running around getting into everything!
-
- Is this going to keep happening until he builds up his emune (sp?) system.
- Im a single mom with next to no leave (Im still paying back my maternity
- leave).
