- Of course, that is a big if, as you recognize. They have all those
- octogenarian leaders dying off and the next generation supposedly
- no nearly as hard line, and booming capatalism allowing
- people to no rely on the government so much and to make their
- own decisions. Thus, it is hard to see how they could *not*
- have political instability in the near future, but it may well
- be 5-15 years away or it may be sudden.
