  13.         I have a quick question.  I have been solicited by the
  14. publishers of Stephen Leeb's Personal Finance newsletter.  I'm
  15. wondering if anybody in netland has read or subscribed to
  16. this publication.  If so, is it any good?  The claims seems to
  17. be extraordinary!  Does it make the gains in reallife that he
