  19. If I had a big loss I could use to offset profits, I sure would. I
  20. think IBM is a great speculation instrument.  The dividend cut is
  21. already in the stock price, IMHO.  When everybody is pointing out
  22. all the terrible things wrong with a stock might be a good time to
  23. take a flier.  Of course all those folks might be right:-)
