  29. I read in misc.invest recently that they didn't file their quarterly reports
  30. with the SEC. I think I also read that they avoided bankruptcy by restructing
  31. their debt. My opinion at the time was that they probably bought a year to 
  32. solve their problems, but then again I still haven't heard about them filing
  33. their last quarters' report.
