- I read in misc.invest recently that they didn't file their quarterly reports
- with the SEC. I think I also read that they avoided bankruptcy by restructing
- their debt. My opinion at the time was that they probably bought a year to
- solve their problems, but then again I still haven't heard about them filing
- their last quarters' report.
