  22. Wait, the message I got (a week ago) saying he has to charge "postage"
  23. cost because there is a big surge in subscription applications.  He
  24. explained it costs him real dough in sending Email (campuserve) and
  25. Uncle Sam mail.  This is quite fair to me.
