  23. A guy on CNBC, who appears to be savvy (Jim Rogers) today said he
  24. expected IBM to go up when a dividend cut is announced.  You know,
  25. "buy on the rumor, sell on the news & vice-versa."  I'm thinking
  26. about buying a straddle in IBM LEAPS.  Whatever IBM does long term,
  27. staying where it is seems most unlikely.
