  15.     If you watch the news everyday, you know that the canadian prime rate
  16. has dropped 4 times last week.
  17.     I expect the interest rate will keep on declining because the Federal
  18. GOV. wants to depreciate the CND dollar (mentioned in Business World last week)
  19. and we need a lower rate to stimulate the economy.

  21.     So is it a good time to buy bond mutual fund? Or I have missed the 
  22. right time?
