  13. I am thinking on starting investing for the long term and may decide
  14. to do it in a growth and income fund.  I'd like to get recommendations
  15. from the net as to which one I should get,preferably no load, or little load 
  16. if the return would be high enough to offset the load.

  18. I'd like one that performs better than average and do at least moderate
  19. on bull or bear markets, if there is such a fund.
