  39. Dragon Systems has a less expensive version of DragonDictate out now I
  40. believe.  I think it has a smaller vocabulary, but is much cheaper.  As
  41. for troubles with using a mouse, I would recommend a trackball.  They're
  42. about the same price as a mouse, and much easier to use.  I'm a quad
  43. with no finger movement, and I find it easy to use.  If you buy the right
  44. type you can even adjust the sensitivity.
