  15. This model is very much like a D-38 if you are familiar with their product
  16. line. It has a sort of dreadnaught shape but not as large as a dreadnaught.
  17. It has a metal aniversary tag on the back of the headstock denoting the
  18. special edition.  It has I believe a rosewood fingerboard and
  19. a scrolled inlay at the 12th fret.  There are dot inlays everywhere else.

  21. The neck is reasonably narrow, slightly on the round side and has good action.
  22. The top is solid spruce. I'm not sure what kind of wood the back and sides
  23. are, I think mahogany. The wood has a distinctive grain to it. It is not dark 
  24. like a rosewood but not light like a maple. It is somewhere in between. 
  25. I think they used a special wood for the D-39 and this may differ from the 
  26. D-38. It has a two piece back. It has white binding with some nice black 
  27. pinstriping with a similar treatment around the sound hole. Black pickguard.
  28. Neck has adjustable truss rod.

  30. This guitar is in *like-new* condition. Not a mark or scratch on it.

  32. The tone of the guitar is quite bright. Nice sound for flatpicking. 
  33. It is resonant enough for a sweet finger-style guitar as well.

  35. Also included is a black hard shell case (plush lined) also in mint condition.
