  16. purposes keep in touch with office and family while on the go.

  18. How do you leave and retrieve messages, handle
  19. emergencies, change plans, monitor delegated tasks and home situations
  20. from a distance?  What works?  What doesn't? What words of wisdom and
  21. advice do you have to offer?
