  13. I've been looking for low-cosr ways to start a computer based information
  14. research service, but I don't have the $500 or so for the software for
  15. a service like DIALOG.

  17. One idea I have is to perform financial aid info searches for students. I
  18. read somewhere that the US Dept. of Education can be accessed online.
