  14. courthouse and compile a list of new people who have moved into your area.

  16. This list can be sold for $1.50-$2.50 per name.  Sell the list to 
  17. insurance, alarm, lawn treatment,etc companies.  You can get the top 
  18. money if you supply a phone number.  It is best to get homeowners as 
  19. this is usually a more profitable customers for others, your customers.
  20. You can compile a list of these people on labels for mailers.
