  12.       I just replied to a flame concerning the amount of Fido traffic that
  13. now appears on m.e-s.  Much to my surprise, I got a tell from the listserv at
  14. MARIST that my "message had been successfully ditributed to EMERG-L".  My
  15. curiousity piqued, I did a susbscriber review and found that, lo and behold,
  16. m.e-s has been gated to Fido for 2 YEARS!
  17.       OK.
  18.       So why did the group just get "overrun" with Fido mail in the last 2
  19. MONTHS?  I (and many others) have noted this and many flame wars have broken
  20. out. (Border skirmishes continue as we speak.)  Can someone explain why the
  21. change in traffic flow occured?  Is there some way of getting the personal
  22. stuff off?  (ie. "Saw Dave the other night...")
