  19.       In Delaware, firepolice are covered under their individual fire
  20.       companies rules and regulations, like the firefighters. They are
  21.       sworn in by the Sheriff, they have the same powers of a sworn
  22.       police officer Only while at a fire scene / accident.
  23.       They are required to go through so many hours of fire school
  24.       related to fire police duties.
