  13. I think people ought to be charged with "criminal stupidity" if
  14. they let their toddlers pull themselves up on the front of the
  15. TV. Anyone who has ever picked up any TV knows that the thing
  16. is *very* front-heavy. 
  17. A similar scenario took place not too far from here this fall.
  18. Migrant workers were picking apples in an orchard when a 2 - yr.
  19. old found a truck tire that was leaning against a building. He
  20. managed to pull it over on himself. He died. Where was mom? 
  21. She was picking apples. So was dad. 
  22. I don't recall what, if any, charges were made. I think the death
  23. was ruled `accidental.'
