  12. In the wake of Colorado's passage of Amendment #1 (a tax-limitation
  13. amendment, which threatens to gut public schools) and Amendment #2 (the
  14. anti-gay-rights bill), people are still concerned about an amendment
  15. that will probably come around again: Amendment #7, which would have
  16. provided $2500 vouchers to K-12 students from public funds, to take to
  17. the school of their choice.

  19. I am interested in knowing if there is anyone on this list who has
  20. studied the vouchers issue and/or has references to the many articles
  21. that must have been published on this subject.  Please email me if you
  22. are that person; I will summarize on misc.education (which I don't
  23. usually read) if I receive any replies.
