  11.   I am studying statewide changes in university, college and/or community
  12.   college systems within states.  So far this year, five states completed
  13.   statewide taskforces on their higher education systems and published
  14.   results and recommendations.  Some of these changes are to the actual
  15.   structure of the system.  The changes include combining schools, changing
  16.   the status of a college, directing a mission shift, focusing the colleges
  17.   on different objectives, etc.  I am seeking as much information and the
  18.   documentation of the information as I can find.  For example, I am after
  19.   copies of statewide taskforce reports, legislation, background documents,
  20.   etc.  In the case of a large system shift such as that recommended for
  21.   CUNY, I am looking at that as if it were a statewide shift.  CUNY is as
  22.   large, and larger, than some state systems.  What I am trying to do is
  23.   identify factors leading to change as well as the trends involved in the
  24.   individual state or system changes which might be identified as national
  25.   trends.

  27.   reports, recommendations, legislation, I need, please send them to me or
