- An article in Sunday's real estate section proclaimed that home builders
- in the Dayton area are refraining from installing woodburning fireplaces
- and inserts in new homes and condominiums because of *possible* future
- legislation against the burning of wood. Is this a trend nationwide?
- Does a 1990 EPA rating or use of a catalytic unit in the stove circumvent
- any such legislation? Are old units grandfathered?
