  11.    An article in Sunday's real estate section proclaimed that home builders
  12. in the Dayton area are refraining from installing woodburning fireplaces
  13. and inserts in new homes and condominiums because of *possible* future
  14. legislation against the burning of wood.  Is this a trend nationwide?
  15. Does a 1990 EPA rating or use of a catalytic unit in the stove circumvent
  16. any such legislation?  Are old units grandfathered?
