  14. I have an FHA loan.  At the time I bought the house, that's all I 
  15. could qualify for.  I tried to refinance with a conventional loan, 
  16. but I don't yet have the equity for that.  A couple of weeks ago,
  17. I got a letter in the mail from some loan agency that does this
  18. streamline FHA refinancing.  Basically it sounded like they simply
  19. changed the interest rate for $175, and the escrows and everything
  20. else stayed intact.  There were no appraisals, inspections, title
  21. fees, etc.  It really sounded like this was a great deal.  The 
  22. problem is that I lost the company's name and 800 number.  Has anyone
  23. had any experience with this, or more importantly, could someone
  24. provide me with the name and phone number?  Many thanks in advance!
