  21. By coincidence, I just sent off to one such company after I saw an ad
  22. in my local newspaper. It says on the ad that they have been in
  23. business for over 60 years.  My wife has heard their name mentioned on
  24. TV (CNBC, she thinks) as a bonafide company (i.e., one unlikely to
  25. misuse the information you send them).

  28. They also promise a free brochure if you call 1-800-733-4443.

  30. You might also just ask your bank - many have several choices
  31. available.  I like the ones with duplicates.
