- That's not quite true, there are places within the US. I
- travel a lot. And I have found that cards are either CIRRUS or PLUS-24
- compatible. There are a few places where a card from one system doesn't work
- in another. When I visited MADISON WI and MINNIAPOLIS, my CIRRUS card (which
- My card seems to work EVERYWHERE, including CA, CT, and canada) didn't
- work in one of those cities (I forget which one - I think it was MADISON)
- because it was PLUS-24.
