- I know that the United Jersey Bank has a progrom called preferred banking,
- which allows unlimited use of the ATMs. You have to have a combined balance
- of $3,000 in your checking and saving accounts. You can make your ATM
- transaction anywhere that accepts either PLUS or NYCE, MAC. There is also
- no limit on the number of withdrawals and transfers from both checking and
- saving accounts. I can even withdraw money in Canada without the ATM fee.
-
- I am not sure they are a small bank though; they have branches overall here
- in New Jersey, and they have offices in 4 other neighboring states.
