- Yup - that's what I've found. Virtually everywhere I've had bank
- accounts in the last 10 years charge a fee for using "foreign" atms.

- Since I'm a heavy atm user, the bank I select is strongly based on
- how many atms they have which are available for use "free". Down in
- Texas about 6 years ago, there was a bank (forget which one - gotta
- have a different name now anyway) which had an atm in every 7-11 store
- (before THEY went on their head). That was pretty convenient.
