- It happened in California a few years ago. Now almost every bank, S&L,
- and credit union charges a fee to use someone else's ATM. This does
- seem to be slightly different from what you are finding in Utah, since
- that charge is based on which bank your account is at, not whose ATM
- you use. The largest banks tend to charge the highest fees (one of
- them charges 2%, I think).
