- Service charges are another one of those scams that brings to

- They spent years bombarding us with propaganda to convince us to use
- them instead of human tellers. Now that we are hooked, they jack up the
- fees. (Does this remind you of the tobacco companies?)

- I always ask them who, other than the banks, owns & controls these
- networks. I've yet to get a valid reply.... ;-{

- The Washington Post printed a list of local S&L's and banks with low/no
- fee ATM cards. I keep a small cash account at the one at the top of the
- list.
