  18. Same here.  However, at least in Utah, the latest trend seems to be *against*
  19. free interchangeability.  Last June, a Utah bank with a lot of ATMs started
  20. charging $1 to use the ATM if the user does not have an account with that bank,
  21. and another bank with a lot of ATMs will start doing the same January 1.  This
  22. IMO unfair practice means I can no longer head down to the store without any
  23. money, planning to take out $ in the store, unless I want to pay an extra
  24. dollar for the privilege.
