- Randall, they're obviously in a different state than you are as well and
- you have no idea what the laws regarding insurance in Texas are. They
- may NOT be full of crap as laws vary from state to state.

- Shekar needs to contact the Texas Insurance Commissioners Office (or
- whatever it's called there) and ask if what happened to him was legal.
- If it isn't then he should file a formal complaint against the insurance
- carrier in question. In the meantime he should check into other
- insurance companies for coverage and see what happens with them.

- Commonwealth of PA and problems like this are common
- discussion topics around here. One thing I've learned is if
- there's a question about your coverage, CALL THE STATE'S
- GOVERNING BODY!
