  12. Does anyone have any experience with the ASKO/ASEA (a unit
  13. of Swedish Asea Brown Boveri) washer and dryer? They claim
  14. greatly reduced water consumption and clothes dryness
  15. (with superior cleaning, btw) for the 220V washer. The dryer
  16. is electric with a condenser for the water vapor and
  17. _no external vent requirement_. After all the recurring
  18. discussions about the toxicity of clothes dryer exhaust,
  19. I'm a little leary about this. We have an ASEA dishwasher
  20. which we love dearly (no, I don't own a Volvo, too ;->) and
  21. are thinking about trying them out for the laundry as well.

  23. And furthermore...I don't suppose anyone knows of a good
  24. place to acquire some of these units at bargain prices
  25. near Boise, Idaho or Atlanta, Georgia, do they?
