- Stand up for yourself, and return it if you want to. They sold you a
- defective piece of merchandise. I think they will be good about it, but if
- they aren't, you can probably get your money back through your charge card,
- if you used one (a good reason to use a bank card).
- It wasn't your fault, and they probably shouldn't be putting
- it back on the shelf, anyway. They should return it to the manufacturer, so
- that they will know to fix the problem.
