- Well, maybe not point-of-purchase, but every two weeks my town
- picks up my batteries at the front curb! Don't worry too much,
- St. Louis is only about 5 years behind us in New Jersey when it
- comes to recycling! I still remember my mother thinking
- how crazy we were for having to put up with separating our glass
- and cans from the other trash 5 years ago. Now that they have to do
- the same it doesn't look quite as crazy. In time, whoever picks
- up your cans/glass will also end up picking up those C & D cells.
