  10. This thread about free  trade is very interesting.  I am  tempted to post my
  11. opinion here,  but I  was raised to  that a  change in the  topic of  a long
  12. discussion should take  place only upon the mutual concent  of those who are
  13. involved in the discussion.  The topic of free trade is outside our topic.

  15. I read misc.consumers to find out what's  good and what's not good among the
  16. various products and services available for sale to me.  I enjoy engaging in
  17. discussions on topics such  as free trade, but rarely do I  have the time to
  18. do so.  These  discussions on Usenet newsgroups can  become very long-winded
  19. so I prefer to not see postings  of such discussions to avoid the temptation
  20. of joining in.  I am sure other misc.consumers readers feel the same way.

  22. Sure, this discussion  on free trade has consumerism as  its roots, but now,
  23. this  thread has  gone way  beyond the  scope of  misc.consumers.  Can  this
  24. intriquing discussion please be moved to  another newsgroup where it is more
  25. at home?  This way, more people  who are interested in participating in this
  26. discussion are likely to to found.  Thanks!
