  30. I *THINK* that all you need to do is get a signed letter from each
  31. of the two previous owners stating that *they* did not register the
  32. cycle.  I know this because I just recently sold a bike that I didn't
  33. have registered for about a year and that was what the guy that bought
  34. it asked me for.
