- Which they do a lot of to their advantage. The investment in propaganda and
- government bribery is a lot lower than making real changes. As our
- government system stands, we don't have a chance of changing anything
- significant. I've read that Japan invests $400,000,000 per year in
- Washington. Buying government is much cheaper than any other investment
- they could make.
