- We have Scanpan cookware, and clean it by running it under the tap while it's still hot (as per Scanpan instructions). Nary a problem.

- I would highly recommend the Scanpan cookware to anyone that can afford it. It's very expensive, but it pays for itself via longevity and ease of use.
