- NAFTA includes a 60% provision which mandates that 60% of
- a product must be manufactured in the free trade area to
- be eligible for no tariffs.

- Mexico will come more from Asia and overseas than from US.
- Also, the opponents of the treaty who claim that the

- mexico invariably back up their claim by stating that
- plants are already moving to Mexico now, WHEN WE DON'T
- HAVE THE TREATY!
