  15. AKRON BBS TRIAL DELAYED

  17. The Akron BBS Trial originally scheduled for Monday, January 4,
  18. 1993 was continued--will *not* happen Monday the 4th.  A new
  19. trial date was not determined.  Mark Lehrer's attorney requested
  20. the continuance and since Summit County Prosecutor Lynn Slaby
  21. assigned a new prosecutor 'due to calendar year rotation' was not
  22. resisted.
