- While I agree that the 710 should be completed, the only traffic it will
- help will be the current surface street traffic thru Alhambra and
- South Pasadena. If you've ever driven on the 210 between the stub of the
- 710 in Pasadena and the 605 during rush hour, you'll know that the traffic
- is just as bad as it is on the 10. All the 710 will do is move the
- surface street congestion onto freeways - it will not do anything
- to reduce current freeway congestion.
