  44.  Yeah I just talked to Shu this evening and she said she probably won't be
  45.  able to make it on New Year's Eve, so I suggested afternoon on the 31st.
  46.  She'll probabaly have to put jot it down and enter it in her personal
  47.  B.O.S.S. organizer... <grin>... in other words, she hasn't confirmed it
  48.  yet.  Just in case she hasn't mentioned it to you, we were thinking of
  49.  going out for cheesecake at Decadent's on 17th Ave.

  52.  I had a so-so X'mas... I went out for desserts on the Eve with three
  53.  ex-classmates (from HongKong) friends.  On X'mas Day, I went to this
  54.  dinner thingy at a doctor's house on Signal Hill, it was a blast and
  55.  I met some really nice people there.  I learned something new about
  56.  X'mas in North America this year - We used to open our presents on
  57.  Boxing Day when we were in HongKong and during the past 3 years in,
  58.  until somebody told me that everyone in here opens up their X'mas
  59.  presents when the clock strikes twelve on X'mas Eve.  I think this
  60.  is probably one of those English-American differences (H.K. is a
  61.  British Colony).  And I bet this is one reason why Boxing Day is
  62.  devoted to shopping here...

  64.  Oh well, as for my presents this year, I got couple of CD's and tapes
  65.  from my sister and friends, a new pillow from mom, a wall map from dad,
  66.  a Calvin and Hobbes comic book from Lisa, a T-shirt from Beth, a small
  67.  box of Godiva chocolates from a friend in Florenville, 3 pair of socks,
  68.  and a pair of gaiters.

  71.  before X'mas?  (I assume you didn't know what you were getting before
  72.  X'mas, right?)

  74.  As you can tell, I babble more than you do <grin>, sometimes I could
  75.  just ramble on without even thinking.  Anywaz, I'd better give it a
  76.  rest before my fingers get numb.  Drop me a line if you receive this
