  10. It's me!!! Aren't you excited!!! I am!!! This is my 1st post to
  11. this group, so I've decided to introduce myself (BIG SHOCK, I'm
  12. sure).

  14. Still with me? I figured that you'd be gone after the first
  15. line. Well, I guess I owe you an introduction....

  17. I'm Lee Smallwood, an 11th grader at Tazewell High School in
  18. Tazewell, Virginia. Tazewell is a wee little place in the
  19. western corner of Virginia that has three grocery stores, three
  20. pizza places, a Hardees, a Wendys, a McDonalds, and a Long John
  21. Silvers. Sounds like a fun place, huh? My dream is to become a
  22. highly respected Chemistry prof. at an Ivy League school. If I
  23. can't do that, I'd just like to work in chemistry. Y'all like
  24. Chemistry? I DO!!! I generally don't love most of the classes I
  25. take in school (even though I do reasonably well), I LOVED
  26. chemistry. It just seemed like second nature to me. I also like
  27. other things...

  29. MUSIC -- I love music! I tolerate ANY music other than rap,
  30. reggae, and country. It's just my personal taste. I like
  31. Aerosmith, REM, Queen, the Spin Doctors, and Van Halen, but
  32. I've liked almost everything else at some point in my life
  33. (even rap).

  35. BASEBALL -- I'm a Red Sox fan and (secondly) an Expos fan.
  36. Boston is in a BUG slump, but you can never count them out.
  37. Watch for the Expos next year. They'll win the West because of
  38. players like Alou, Grissom, DeShields, and Walker. I also
  39. respect Atlanta. I did not hop on the bandwagon (because I
  40. respect them, not like them). Look at their pitching. Now if
  41. they could only get a closer...

  43. FOOTBALL -- I LOVE the Dolphins and the Chiefs. Look out for
  44. both of them. Both of them could still win their divisions.
  45. Maybe one of them will get into the Super Bowl. In college, I
  46. like Alabama. They can beat Miami (I just hope that they
  47. will...)

  49. HOCKEY -- I like the Bruins and the Penguins. Both are winning
  50. franchises. For two straight years, Pittsburgh has beaten
  51. Boston in tdivision/conference finals. Both are VERY good...

  53. WOMEN -- I'm still searching for that special someone to share
  54. my thoughts and emotions with...
  55.  
  56. Well, that just about covers it. If I am someone who mildly
  57. interests you, WRITE. It could be fun...

  59. (One last pitch...) I'm going to go to college at William and
  60. Mary. It's a good school.....
