  19. message to David, you have to declare it on your taxes.  This is another area in 
  20. which the governor is likely to be in trouble, and it has not even been 
  21. addresed in any of the indictments handed down.  While media accounts pictured 
  22. the IRS looking into the governor's finances after the indictments were 
  23. publicized, I'd heard at least three weeks ago that they were on it.
