- Yeah, I read your post to Jim and it sparked me to think about this

- When I opened up my campaign account at the bank I filled out their
- forms and the Bank determined it to be Not-for-profit and as a result
- I did not have to pay the $8.00 fee each month for the account. I
- had to get some numbers from the IRS but political accounts are generally
- Not-For_profit. Perhaps he did put money from his camapign fund into
- his own personal bank account. I was told by several elected officials
- that I could do this if I lost or what ever (I didn't do it--it is
- still there) the catch? You have to report that money as Income on
- your State and Federal Tax returns if you do this.
