  15. The indictment process is not an indication of Guilt, it is an indication 
  16. that further investigation needs to occur in most cases, however it 
  17. does not brand the accused as "GUILTY". In the US all people are *
  18.  
  19. SUPPOSED* to be innocent until proven guilty.

  21. Governor Hunt is Republican. That makes him unpopular with many people 
  22. in power in Montgomery, including the State Attorney General. Yet, 
  23. if you recall your recent history, probably the reason we have a 
  24. Republican Governor is because he was one of the only candidates to 
  25. not conduct a negative campaign. While the Democatz were busy clawing 
  26. each other's eyes out he was conducting an issue oriented campaign.

  28. Now those 'Fat Catz are done fighting amongst each other and have 
  29. nothing better to do than to lash out at the one who they view as 
  30. a threat. Governor Hunt, again, as has been his tradition, is not 
  31. lashing out like a trapped animal, he is taking it all in stride. 
  32. He has not come out with inflammatory statements, he has not attacked 
  33. anyone, no. Instead he has made the statement that the tax-payer will 
  34. not bear the brunt of the expenses incurred in his defense. Yet another 
  35. example of his integrity, something that seem so lacking in many other 
  36. officials.
