- Yes, it is. Its maker makes it freely available via computer networks. If
- you do not have access to a computer network, you can purchase access from
- a third party, just as you would have to purchase an automobile to drive to
- Cambridge to pick up a tape if the FSF were giving away tapes "for free". Or
- do you expect them to pay your postage, as well?
