  17. It remains to be seen if Novell will keep that suit... I think there
  18. is a real chance that they will drop it.  It's a braindamaged suit to
  19. begin with (probably unwinable), and Novell has more to gain by making
  20. friends out of the Unix industry as a whole.

  28. What's with this persistence of the Novell/Apple merger rumor?  It was
  29. a rumor, nothing more.  Novell's (intended) purchase of USL shows
  30. where Novell is trying to go, and it isn't "the Macintosh Way."  Look
  31. instead for a merger with Borland or Quarterdeck in the next year or so.
