  23. As documented in fonts.doc, the first argument to font2c must be the
  24. font name, not the font file name.

  26. While we're on the subject of font2c, you should know that the
  27. version of font2c distributed with Ghostscript 2.5.2 produces
  28. incorrect output for any font that doesn't use StandardEncoding or
  29. ISOLatin1Encoding.  In particular, you can't compile the Symbol or
  30. ZapfDingbats fonts.  If you need a revised version before Ghostscript
  31. 2.6 is released (sometime in 1Q93), please contact me by e-mail
